The 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon Weinbau Vineyard is dense and concentrated, with plenty of dark fruits, currants, loamy earth and wild herbs in its full-bodied, rich and concentrated personality. Impressive all around, it fills the mouth with fruit, has fantastic mid-palate depth and fine tannin that emerges on the finish. A blend of 82% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13% Merlot, 4% Cabernet franc and a splash of Malbec, it too will have 12 to 15 years of prime drinking
